Why Choose Us?

Traditionally, our OGP SmartScope users undergo 2 full day training course (either at our training centre or at customer’s machine location) on machine operation with metrology software usage.

With the e-Learning course, we aim to provide continuous learning, development and revision rather than one-time training session or rapid knowledge transfer through the 2 days training program. Hence, we hope to increase the retention rate of the knowledge and creating an enjoyable learning process.

For organisation, through our e-Learning course, effective basic training courses can be brought to their computer and mobile devices of the selected employees, without the need to assign them for a refresh course.

For individual, it is an effective way of learning or revising at your own pace regardless of the location within the subscription period.

You can access SmartScope Academy on a computer and mobile devices such as, tablets and smartphones.

If you are having difficulties to access the Academy, you might be able to solve the issue by making sure that you are using a supported browser or device, and making sure that it is updated.

SmartScope Academy support the most recent version of the following browsers on computers:

Account Setup (Get started on SmartScope Academy)

To start taking classes on SmartScope Academy, you’ll need to set up an account.

1. You’ll need to go to smartscopeacademy.sg

2. In the email, you’ll need to state your name, company name, machine serial number (if applicable) and your contact number.

3. The process will take a few working days for us to verify and issue the account to you.

Once you have received your account and password from us, you could access your account and change the password to your own preference.

Requirements for using SmartScope Academy on a computer

To access the Academy on the web, you’ll need a reliable Internet connection and a computer with at least 1 GB of memory/RAM.

Reset your SmartScope Academy password

If you are already logged in to your SmartScope Academy account, you can change your password by clicking ‘My Account’ using your Account Settings page.

If you forgot your Academy password, you can reset it.

To reset your password:

1. Click on the Forget Username or Password in the login panel.

2. You can either search with your username or with the email address that you have registered with.

3. The system will send you an email to change your password. If you don’t get an email after a few minutes, check your spam folder.

After you change or reset your password, you may need to clear your browser before using your new password.
