To access the Academy on the web, you’ll need a reliable Internet connection and a computer with at least 1 GB of memory/RAM.
Reset your SmartScope Academy password
If you are already logged in to your SmartScope Academy account, you can change your password by clicking ‘My Account’ using your Account Settings page.
If you forgot your Academy password, you can reset it.
To reset your password:
1. Click on the Forget Username or Password in the login panel.
2. You can either search with your username or with the email address that you have registered with.
3. The system will send you an email to change your password. If you don’t get an email after a few minutes, check your spam folder.
After you change or reset your password, you may need to clear your browser before using your new password.
